Jessika Cole

Jessika Cole joined isolved Benefit Services when it was under the name of COBRA Compliance Systems in October of 1991. She is a leading expert in COBRA and flex compliance and administration and was invited by the U.S. Department of Treasury to provide input into the design of Health Care Tax Credit program and has testified in federal district court on behalf of a client.

Under her management, there have been over 8,000,000 COBRA notices generated without a single adverse judgment or penalties and over 5,000,000 FSA/HRA claims processed. Jessika was instrumental in the design, testing and implementation of our proprietary COBRA administration platform and in the selection, testing and implementation of our FSA/HRA administration platform.
